Do you want to know how to lose weight fast and easy.
Well like most people I guess I would over eat or should I say I did this without realising.
Bigger plate more food to eat, I didn’t like leaving any food, I thought of the starving family's without enough food, I would lick my plate clean .
I didn’t actually lick my plate clean but you get what I mean I ate everything .
Well I never give it a thought my belly was full, oh I sank a few beers to wash it down to.
I use to feel bloated, feeling tired through the day, yeah I was turning in to a bit of a slob, I guess but a nice slob of course ha ha.
Well I changed all that Ive lost a few stone now .Im not bloated not tired I just feel fit & health.
And you can do the same you just need to be pointed in the right direction...

All you have to do really is think about what food you eat and plan for the week a head.

well If you think about it, its common sense or is it?
because I just use to eat what i liked, curry, bread, chips, pasta in between sausage rolls, cake, bags of crisps and much much more.
Well im not here to judge anyone only myself, I know how hard it can be.
But saying that I did it I lost a lot of weight and if you are thinking can you do the same the answer is yes you can.
I was Mr Fat.
Until I got down to my comfortable weight of 13 stone 2 lbs , Which I am truly truly happy about.

- Follow the rules, do not stray and you will lose weight .
- You will look great be healthy and you will be happy.
Look at what you are eating and slightly changed how go you about preparing your food .
Start to eat more vegetables and greens more healthy meat like breasts of chicken, fish.
Drink more water which helps clean out your system instead of beer or wine, fizzy drinks they all pile the pounds on.
I was drinking half a gallon of water a day which sounds a lot but spread out through the day which is easy, this will give your body energy and speed to lose weight.
You must Eat more greens more vegetables , healthy meats, fish...
No more frying food only grill or oven cook & drink more water..
Its easy when you plan you food for the week a head.
Heres a tip my Mom shared with me many years ago, eat at your dinning table instead of eating watching TV on the soffa because eating on the soffa will make you put more weight on. Your won't digest your food properly and will turn to fat.
At the dinning table you will have better posture,as you are sitting at the table in a up right position. Then your food can digest properly .
You tend to put more weight on stuffing your face watching tv ( as I found out hence the term Couch potato) well that’s what I become .

You do not want to lose weight fast and put the weight straight back on you want the best weight loss and keep the weight off for good.
Your weight loss diet to do list.
- Plan your healthy food for the week.You will get the hang of this.Its just like your every week shopping just your are getting use to finding the healthy options.Then when you know where to get them it will be easy peasy.
- Change how you prepare your food and cook it more healthly.Cook patotoes in stead of chips.Chips can be ok as long as you cut them bigger and brush healthy oil over them and oven cook them.Theres alot of good food out there so cook more vegetable's/ salad.You must cover two thirds of you dinning plate with veg/salad.The rest can be healthy meat or fish.
- Eat only at the dinning table. Ban every where else and stick to it.Oh keep regular times for meals.Try not to eat after 7pm as this will give your body time to digest the food you have eaten before you go to bed.
- Drink more water every day. 8 glass of water will be fine.Spread them through the day this will make it so much easier.
- This could be joint 1st really believe you can do it, believe in yourself.You will do easier this way.

Get Thin Quick - Forget Typical Cardio Exercises
Typical cardio exercises like bike riding and jogging don't work for quick weight loss because once you're finish doing them, you're done burning calories at a faster rate. Instead, you want to do cardio that forces you to burn calories at an accelerated rate long after you're done exercising.
To lose weight fast Enter hindu squats.
Hindu squats cause such a massive oxygen deficit within your body when you're doing them that your body is forced to burn up body fat during the exercise as well as hours after you have stop the exercise...
What you do is this... without weights, squat up and down as fast as you can... bodyweight squats. Now, be sure to touch your finger tips to the ground during each repetition so you know you went down far enough. For maximum results, do 100 repetitions in under 5 minutes, 5-6 days a week. Its a hell of a lot if you are just starting out so you can build up to 100 reps . Do 10 reps rest for a minute try another 10 and so on .
Besides hindu squats, walking on an incline will get you thin quick. Listen, walking isn't a sexy exercise... especially when walking on a flat surface doesn't promote fast weight loss. Now, incline walking... walking on an incline of 10-15 degrees either on a treadmill or a hill however, that burns up fat, fast!
It's totally different. You wouldn't expect such a small adjustment to walking would make such a big difference, but it does. Try it and prove me wrong, I dare you! Do this incline walking for 15-20 minutes a day for at least 4 days a week.
So if you want to get thin quick, perhaps lose 5 pounds in a week, then your best bet is to ditch jogging and bike riding and do some hindu squats and incline walking.

How to Motivate Yourself to Lose Weight

So, you've tried those "super quick!" diets, the ones that are supposed to only take a couple of weeks, and it turns out, those two weeks are too long. It happens to everyone. Here's a good way to motivate yourself to stick with the diet and get healthy again.
Whenever you find yourself reaching for the food from the fridge or the grocery aisle, stop and think for a moment. Remember how bad you want to lose weight. Think about if you absolutely have to have this food, or if you just want it. Think carefully whether you will benefit from it, and if it will help you reach your goal. If your mind tells you "NO!", then stop! Don't eat that food. Reach for something healthy, or skip it altogether. It'll be hard, but in the end it will pay off.
If that fails to stop you, think of one of your friends. Think of one of your THIN friends, who you want to look like or wear the same size as. Think, "Am I willing to give up this one snack to look like that? Is is really more rewarding to me if I have this one snack than to look like them?"
Think of how happy you'd be if you finally lost those 10, 20, 30 pounds. By saying no to the junk, you'll get used to reaching for the healthy foods, and will stop buying the sweets. You are creating a new lifestyle for yourself that will benefit you in all ways.
Tips to lose weight.
Don't get discouraged! If you do, talk to your best friend and tell them what you're going through. They will listen and try to help. Do not be self-conscious with the people you love.
Get a shopping buddy who will not let you buy unhealthy foods, or call someone who can help discourage you from eating that third piece of cake.
Remember to be realistic. If you have a friend who is unnaturally small and you want to be their size, forget it! Find someone who is similar to your build but is in shape. This will help you a lot.
Make the person that you are trying to end up near the same size as someone that you actually know. Don't try and end up the same size as a movie star, you don't know what they eat, or what they've done to become that small.
Should you have any health concerns, first check with a doctor or health professional before engaging in any sudden changes in diet or fitness routine.
Do not binge on sweets when you are feeling down or worn out! Stay strong.
